This presentation will introduce the use of Deep Learning on the topic of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy. Deep Learning has been applied in the field of spectrum denoising, artifact filtering, and as the main topic of the seminar, metabolite quantification. In addition, it will show the usage of Deep Learning Frameworks (Torch) for curve fitting and accelerated metabolite quantification.
