Open-MOLLI: unlocking cardiac MR T1-mapping with Pulseq

Prof. Dr. Rita Nunes

Department of Bioengineering

Institute for Systems and Robotics

Universidade de Lisboa

Portugal

Wednesday, 24 September 2025, 16:45

· CPD

This seminar will present an open-source tool for cardiac magnetic resonance (MR) T1-mapping: Open-MOLLI. The session will introduce its core features, including the basic acquisition pulse sequence developed with the (Py)Pulseq framework. Results from initial repeatability studies will be shared, together with ongoing efforts to evaluate cross-vendor myocardial T1 reproducibility. A brief overview of a multi-slice Open-MOLLI implementation will also be provided.
